As a writer, my primary goal is to tell the stories I wish that I had heard as a child - stories that centralize and uplift marginalized voices, such as trans women, the impoverished, and the mentally ill. Since I was little, I've loved comic books and longed to tell precisely these stories in precisely that medium.
My inspirations include Tanya Huff, Neil Gaiman, Magdalene Visaggio, the Wachowski sisters, Dwayne MacDuffie, and many many others.
